2024 Participating Artists

Joyce Clair has a passion for painting landscapes in transparent watercolors. Most of her watercolor paintings are done “en plein air” in the beautiful north Georgia mountains. She initiated the “Plein Air Painters of Hiawassee Georgia”, a group of local painters who paint together regularly.   Her representational impressionist style is influenced by watercolor master, Ed Whitney (1891-1987).
