Top of Georgia Plein Air Festival (TOGPAF) is a three-day, open enrollment painting event.

We are celebrating our 3rd year.

TOGPAF is more than an artists' competition with cash prizes.  It is a wonderful opportunity for the public

to experience creativity in action as the artists paint outside the confines of the four walls of their studios,

painting in the open, or en plein air.

Their inspiration is drawn from the beautiful scenery of the mountains of North Georgia.
