2024 Participating Artists

Carol van Dyck was born and raised in Miami, FL and currently resides in Clayton, GA. Van Dyck was exposed to art at an early age from her artist Mother and pursued more training. She graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Painting. Over the past 40+ years she has participated in shows, exhibitions, painted commissions, and taught to students of all ages. 

Van Dyck has woven her love for hiking and the outdoors into her watercolor paintings of landscapes, Her subjects are mostly of North Georgia.  Her impressionistic style has evolved into one that translates the beauty of the landscape encompassing the land, water and light.  She is a member of The North Georgia Arts Guild, and a signature member of the Georgia Watercolor Society.
