2024 Participating Artists

Hi, my name is Holly Viccaro and I am a high school art teacher. I enjoy drawing, painting, weaving, pottery and all sorts of mixed media crafts. I love to teach students new techniques and media and see them get excited to create beautiful works of art. I enjoy Plein Air painting with acrylics, pastels and watercolors. I see beauty all around me and often photograph what I like to paint later in my studio. While I did not study art in college, instead I went for an education degree. However my mother is an artist and my grandmother was a potter and weaver so I had a very art enriched childhood. I have been drawing, painting and creating a variety of artworks my whole life. I enjoy the variety of mediums I work with and if I get tired of one, I will work on another medium to keep my ideas fresh
