Schedule of Events
Painting will take place at the Hamilton Gardens and throughout the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds.
The festival will run concurrently with the Rhododendron Festival and the Hiawassee Highlands Wine Festival.

| Thursday May 9 | 7:30 AM - 10 AM | Check-in at Hamilton Gardens Pavilion. Everyone will have their canvases stamped at this time and receive their badges. Continental breakfast available in the Pavilion. |
| 8:00 PM | All artists must be out of the Hamilton Gardens and the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds. | |
| Friday May 10 | 6:30 AM - 10 AM | Check-in at Hamilton Gardens Pavilion. Additional canvases can be stamped. Painting resumes. Continental breakfast available in the Pavilion. |
| 8:00 PM | All artists must be out of the Hamilton Gardens and the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds. | |
| Saturday May 11 | 6:30 AM - 10 AM | Check-in: Painting resumes. Continental breakfast available in the Pavilion. |
| 12 Noon | All paintings must be turned in with framing and ready to hang. | |
| 1:00 PM | Judging by this year’s judge Dr. Russell Jewell. | |
| 2:00 PM | Awards ceremony. | |
| 2:00 - 4:30 PM | Wet Paint Sale of all art painted during this event on the grounds of the Hamilton Gardens and the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds. |
